Remote MCP server URL
https://getunderwrite.com/api/mcpUse Streamable HTTP. The public endpoint needs no Underwrite sign-in and is rate limited. Your chat app sends the inputs you provide to Underwrite. This connector cannot read or save your account deals.
Add to Claude
- Open Customize, then Connectors. Choose Add custom connector. In some versions, Connectors is under Settings.
- Name it Underwrite and paste the remote MCP server URL above. Continue and choose No sign in for the public endpoint.
- Add the connector, then enable Underwrite from the connectors menu in your conversation.

Add to ChatGPT
- On ChatGPT web, enable Developer mode in Settings, Apps, Advanced settings, when available for your account.
- Choose Create app or Create connector. Name it Underwrite, paste the server URL above, and select no authentication for the public endpoint.
- Create it, review the four tools, and select Underwrite in a new conversation.

Four tools for the first pass
- Underwrite a deal
- Price, rent summary and expenses, or stated net NOI, plus debt, growth, hold and exit assumptions. Get NOI, IRR, equity multiple, yearly DSCR and the engine verdict.
- Check OM claims
- Compare stated claims with the T-12 and rent-roll evidence you supply. Missing evidence stays unchecked in the OM Truth Score.
- Solve a maximum bid
- Set IRR and DSCR hurdles, an LTV cap and a debt-yield floor. Review the solver status and binding constraint before relying on a price.
- Read public market intel
- Look up a US address with the public-record service, when enabled. Coverage and source availability vary. The address is sent to public data providers. Missing records do not mean a property is clear.
Stated NOI is modeled as net income with zero separate expenses. The connector supports aggregate income property, without lease-level terms or refinancing. A model link carries your supplied assumptions in its URL; share it only with intended recipients. Opening your own deal in the desk follows the desk's existing access requirements.

Token-protected servers
An operator can require a bearer token. Use your connector's secure request-header settings for that credential. Never put it in a chat message or the server URL. Clients without bearer-header support need the public endpoint; this connector does not provide OAuth.
