Watch any deal saved to your account. A scheduled run re-checks SOFR, from the New York Fed, and the 10-year Treasury, from the Treasury yield curve. The deal is sent through the same engine again only when a linked input moves: floating debt, or a refinance rate or exit cap that references one of those prints. Verdict, levered IRR, min DSCR and NOI are kept as a dated history. You are told when the verdict flips, or when min DSCR crosses a level you set.
